RETURNING MERCHANDISE (30-day Warranty) Conditions applicable to all Blue Wolf, Inc. product returns.

While Blue Wolf, Inc. strives to ensure all our products are free of manufacturing defects and the components used are of high quality, occasionally something happens.  Therefore Blue Wolf, Inc. warrants its products against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 30 days.  If you discover a defect, Blue Wolf, Inc. will, at its option, repair, replace, or refund the purchase price.  However the following items must be included for warranty:

Warranty does not apply if the product has been altered, modified, or damaged. Blue Wolf, Inc. makes no other warranty of any kind, expressed or implied, including any warranty of merchantability, fitness of the product for any particular purpose even if that purpose is known to Blue Wolf, Inc., or any warranty relating to patents, trademarks, copyrights or other intellectual property. Blue Wolf, Inc. shall not be liable for any injury, loss, damage, or loss of profits resulting from the handling or use of the product shipped.

RMA Number:
When returning an item, you must first call or email Blue Wolf, Inc. for a Return Merchandise Authorization number. No Packages will be accepted without the RMA number clearly marked on the outside of the package.

RETURNS THAT DO NOT INCLUDE THIS INFORMATION WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. (Product that arrives with no contact information, just returned product will be discarded) The item(s) must have been purchased from Blue Wolf, Inc. within the last 30-Days. The item(s) is 100% complete and in new and unused condition. Mounting or modifying the parts, installing software, and discarding the packing materials are some examples of what constitutes used merchandise.

We do not accept returns via COD or billed to Blue Wolf, Inc in any way. Shipping charges for returns are not refundable. Customer is responsible for shipping charges and risk of loss on all return shipments. We highly recommend using a reputable shipping carrier capable of providing proof of delivery, as well as properly packing your return shipment. We also recommend insuring large items against loss or damage during shipment. Any additional shipments from Blue Wolf, Inc., due to exchanges, will be shipped at the customer’s expense.

For quicker service, please include a note with any returned items stating what the issue is and what action needs to be taken.


We currently ship to the
United States and Canada. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

Currently, orders are processed Monday thru Thursday only and orders must be recieved before 1:00 P.M. Mountain Standard Time.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
